The basic design principles of NoteAbility are presented along with a brief overview of the program.  Several unique features, such as the program's ability to include both graphical and structural classes of music images, are discussed and score examples are shown.  Next, NoteAbility's support for GUIDO music notation format is discussed and the current state of NoteAbility's GUIDO implementation is demonstrated.  Finally, future development plans, which include Optical Music Recognition features, are presented.
